Il est bien possible que vos installations subissent une fréquentation de plus en plus forte, c’est une tendance qui est observée dans beaucoup de territoire. Les tonnages admis dépassent déjà dans certaines collectivités 50% des tonnages de déchets ménagers et assimilés. Mais sont-elles vraiment saturées ? Est-ce un problème de capacité de réception ou de capacité d’accueil ? La capacité de tri est-elle toujours adaptée ? De nouvelles filières apparaissent en effet, notamment sous forme dite à Responsabilité Élargie du Producteur (REP, c’est celui qui met sur le marché (fabricant ou importateur) qui doit pourvoir au traitement du produit en fin de vie). Par ailleurs, compte tenu des évolutions du cadre réglementaire des Installations Classées pour la Protection de l’Environnement (ICPE), il est pertinent de s’interroger aussi sur la conformité de vos déchèteries.

Cette déchèterie (photo ci-dessus) présente de graves non conformités, en premier lieu, l’absence de garde-corps.

La capacité d’une déchèterie est bien la conjugaison de trois éléments, tels qu’évoqués précédemment. Nous les prenons en compte successivement, car les réponses à apporter ne sont pas de même nature. Par exemple, la capacité de réception est, peut-être en réalité, un problème de transport.
