Toute activité humaine génère des déchets. Les ménages, les entreprises commerciales, industrielles, artisanales ou de services, les administrations et collectivités, l’agriculture, … tous sont producteurs de déchets.

La diversité toujours plus importante des déchets et l’accroissement des quantités produites rendent nécessaire le passage d’une logique de ramassage des poubelles à celle de gestion des déchets.

Au-delà des mots, ces expressions traduisent le phénomène de complexification que connait ce domaine. De plus, il est encore jeune et se place dans un contexte en constante évolution, notamment au plan législatif et réglementaire, mais aussi au plan technique.

Pour vous aider dans vos projets, j’ai créé WAMACO.

L’expérience acquise dans la gestion au quotidien d’un service de collecte d’une collectivité, mais aussi en qualité d’exploitant de déchèteries pour le compte d’une communauté urbaine, a été enrichie par les missions réalisées sur des territoires aux caractéristiques variées, en qualité de bureau d’études. Ce parcours professionnel me permet d’appréhender l’ensemble des problématiques d’organisation et de fonctionnement des services de collecte des collectivités, couvrant aussi bien les aspects techniques et économiques que juridiques.
